The editors recognize that there's a heap of information on the Internet for buyers, and that a magazine has to provide more than product comparisons. Indeed, this publication features a number of how-to articles and some problem-solving guides in which experts respond to reader queries. The magazine also does a good job of calling attention to useful online resources, and ships with a CD containing software (some complete, some shareware, and some demo-only).
